These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of klairtech.com, Klair Labs tools, Insighter-related services we operate, and related APIs provided by Klair Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service description
Insighter is a governed automation platform that provides:
- • Unified read access across the databases, warehouses, documents and connected services you configure
- • Natural language questions answered with sources cited
- • Actions taken in connected systems within an authority ceiling you set per source
- • Approval routing, with a record of who approved what, on what evidence, and how to reverse it
- • Scheduled and conditional watches, with alerting and reporting
User responsibilities
Accurate information
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account
Account security
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access
Compliance
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited uses
You may not use our service to:
- • Violate any laws or regulations
- • Infringe on intellectual property rights
- • Transmit malicious code or viruses
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- • Abuse or overload our systems
- • Share inappropriate or offensive content
Usage limits and fair use
Free tier limits
- • 10 questions per day
- • 1,000 AI tokens per day
- • 3 dashboard saves
- • Basic chart types only
Fair use policy
We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that abuse our service or exceed reasonable usage patterns. We may implement rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users.
Intellectual property
Our rights
All content, features, and functionality of Insighter are owned by Klair and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your rights
You retain ownership of any data you upload or create using our service. We do not claim ownership of your content or insights generated from your data.
Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect service availability.
- • We aim for 99.5% uptime
- • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- • We are not liable for service interruptions
Limitation of liability
Important: Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account termination
By you
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
