This Privacy Policy describes how Klair Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Klair", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use https://klairtech.com, our Klair Labs tools, contact and feedback forms, account features, Insighter-related services we operate, and related APIs. It applies to the Klair website and products we host — not only to Insighter.

What we collect
Account & authentication
- • Name, email, and credentials processed via Amazon Cognito when you create or sign in to a Klair account
- • Session cookies and tokens needed to keep you signed in
- • Account preferences and profile fields you choose to save
Contact, feedback & support
- • Information you submit through contact, suggest, or feedback forms (for example name, email, phone if provided, message content)
- • Technical context you share (browser/device notes) when reporting issues
Klair Labs workspaces & product data
- • When you are signed in, workspace data for Labs tools (for example Subscription Radar lists, Priority Matrix sets, MD Viewer tabs) may sync to our DynamoDB-backed workspace store
- • Local-only or unsigned use may keep data in your browser until you sign in and sync
- • CareerCraft may process resumes and related uploads through AWS Bedrock / AI providers to generate reports; content you upload is processed to deliver that feature
Site chatbot
- • Messages you send to KlairBot and related conversation context may be stored so we can provide replies, improve quality, and enforce rate limits / abuse prevention
Analytics & advertising
- • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — approximate usage metrics such as pages viewed, referral sources, and device/browser category, subject to your cookie preferences
- • Google AdSense — advertising cookies and related identifiers when you consent to advertising cookies, so we can show ads and measure performance
- • First-party product metrics beacons for Labs tool usage (aggregated product improvement signals)
Technical logs
- • IP address, request timestamps, and error logs needed to operate, secure, and debug our services
- • We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location; IP-derived coarse location may be available to analytics or advertising partners when those services run
Legal bases (GDPR-style)
- • Contract / service delivery: accounts, workspaces, forms you submit, and features you request
- • Consent: non-essential analytics and advertising cookies (managed via our cookie banner and browser controls)
- • Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, understanding product usage in aggregated form, and improving reliability — balanced against your rights
- • Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law

Sharing & processors
We use service providers to operate the site. Key processors include Amazon Web Services (hosting, Cognito authentication, DynamoDB storage, SES email, and Bedrock where enabled), and Google (Analytics and AdSense when consented). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
International transfers
We are based in India. Personal data may be processed in AWS regions we configure (commonly including Asia Pacific) and by Google and other processors that may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections offered by those providers.
Retention
- • Account and workspace data: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion requests or inactivity, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons
- • Contact/feedback submissions: retained as needed to respond and for operational records
- • Chatbot conversations: retained for service quality, abuse prevention, and limited periods consistent with operational needs
- • Analytics/advertising data: subject to Google's retention settings and your consent choices
- • Server logs: typically short-lived operational retention unless needed for security investigations
Your rights & deletion requests
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention needs)
- Export or receive a copy of data you provided, where feasible
- Withdraw cookie consent for analytics/advertising (banner preference and/or browser controls)
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law allows
To request deletion or exercise these rights, email privacy@klairtech.com from the address associated with your account when possible, or use account settings where available. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising partners may process identifiers for ads when you consent to advertising cookies, as described above and in our Cookies Policy.
